Celebrate the holiday season in Fall River and the surrounding areas from December 3rd to 22nd with our enchanting Holiday Lights Tour! Join us in spreading festive cheer and fostering a sense of community.
You're invited to register your house in the tour and become part of this magical tradition. As an extra treat, all participating homes will be entered into a special draw. Let's light up our neighborhood with joy and togetherness this holiday season!
IMPORTANT DATES + TERMS & CONDITIONS
November 1 - December 1: Registration open.
December 3-8: Photos and Videos will be taken by our Events committee for social media. Lighting and decorations must be ready for photos on December 3rd.
December 3 - 22: Tour maps will be available to the public.
December 22 - A draw will be done from all entries!
We request that lights are on between 5-8pm each night from December 3-22. If you have any special information for filming or taking photos (ie) tune into radio for recordings, please include specific details for the map.
Please note that we are changing this from a "contest" to a tour for the whole community to enjoy. Let's spread holiday cheer by having as many homes as possible included!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who can participate? All Fall River and Area residents are welcome to include their home in the tour. This includes the communities of Wellington, Fletcher’s Lake, Grand Lake, Oakfield, Windsor Junction, Lakeview and Waverley.
Do I have to be a FRABA member? No, you do not have to be a FRABA member to join the tour.
Can I enter my neighbour? You may certainly submit a registration for someone else, but the homeowner must be aware, and their contact information must be included for us to obtain their approval to share their address and photos. Anonymous applications will not be accepted.
Does my address have to be listed? Yes. To join the tour, you must be willing to share your address for our Light up the Holidays tour map.
Is this for interior and/or exterior displays? The Holiday Lights Tour is for OUTDOOR lighting and decorations. You may certainly submit photos of your indoor decorations to accompany your outdoor photos on our social media pages, but the tours will be strictly outdoors.
