Toy Drive

Junk Works is running a toy drive!

They have bins at:

Toys R Us – Dartmouth Crossing
Leno’s Stop Shop in Elmsdale
Fall River Chiropractic (FRABA Member)
Most Wanted – Dartmouth
Nothing Fancy, Lower Sackville

The details are as follows:

To help gain some normalcy in this unprecedented time Junk Works, Halifax’s leading eco-friendly junk removal company, is launching the “HAULiday Toy Drive,” aimed at bringing smiles to the less fortunate children this holiday season.

Junk Works has partnered with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Halifax and the IWK Health Centre who will be making sure the community’s donations of new, unwrapped toys are delivered to the many underprivileged children in Halifax.

They ask that new, unwrapped toys are delivered to one of the drop off locations before December 21. On the 18th we will collect the toys and bins and deliver the toys to the Boys and Girls Club Halifax, anythinh collected after that will go to the IWK Health Centre on the 22nd December who will distribute them to underprivileged children in time for Christmas Day.
We really appreciate the support and generosity of the people of Nova Scotia and those individuals and businesses hosting a bin, as well as those helping to promote the Hauliday Toy Drive.

At the same time, Junk Works is offering $25 off (on a job $99 or more) as a thank you for those making a donation. Quote ‘Haulidays2020’ at the time of booking on full-service jobs booked up to 21 December (taxes extra – not combinable with other offers).

Kind regards
